Final Workshop Registration
Currency and bankcard approval. Registration prices are quoted and posted in US dollars based on current exchange rates. Please be sure your bank card is authorized for international transactions.
Online registration is preferred. However, if you'd like to mail in your final registration and payment through other means, please contact us at email@example.com so that we may make alternate arrangements.
Registration deadlines: Final registration and payment, whether online or by mail, must be received in full no later than 30 days before the start date of the workshop. Registrations received after this time may be accepted on a case-by-case basis, but are not guaranteed.

Cancellation policy: Workshop registrations paid on a credit card and canceled at least one week before the scheduled workshop will be fully refunded minus a $15.00 credit card processing fee. Mailed in registrations that are canceled more than one week before the scheduled start of the workshop are fully refundable minus a $5 processing fee. Refund requests for cancellations less than one week before the scheduled start of the workshop are considered on a case-by-case basis and may not be honored. In cases where a refund is not possible, credit for attendance at a future workshop will be offered.
All online payments occur through this certified, secure SSL-encrypted shopping cart and are processed by Discalced, Inc (dba Mark Morris Dance Group).
Credits: We do not offer externally accredited Continuing Education Units at this time, but we're happy to provide you with a letter of participation, upon request, after the workshop. Attendance at this workshop can also contribute to a weighted point system that will help determine your eligibility for future certification.
Affiliation: Dance for PD is a registered trademarks and may not be used to describe any classes without official licensing. Participation in this workshop is for training purposes only, and does not license you to use these trademarks.
Photo/video release: By registering, I hereby allow Dance for PD, Mark Morris Dance Group, Switch2Move, the Dutch National Opera & Ballet and guest instructors to publish photographs or videos taken of me, and my name, for use in printed Dance for PD publications and websites, as well as in publications and websites published by Dance for PD workshop hosts and presenting partners.
