Registration deadlines: Final registration and payment, whether online or by mail, must be received in full no later than 5 days before the start date of the workshop. Registrations received after this time may be accepted on a case-by-case basis, but are not guaranteed.

Cancellation policy: Participants who cancel before May 21 will receive a full refund less a $10 cancellation fee. Participants who cancel on or after May 21 will not receive a refund, unless we are able to fill your place. Participants who test positive for COVID-19 within 5 days of the mini-workshop beginning, and show proof of a positive test, will receive a full refund. Cancellations must be communicated via email to admin@danceforpd.org. In cases where a refund is not possible, credit for attendance at a future Dance for PD workshop will be offered.
