However, if you'd like to mail in your final registration and payment with a check, please complete this online registration and select "Pay by check" instead of entering credit card details. Registration deadlines: Final registration and payment, whether online or by mail, must be received in full no later than 1 day before the start date of the workshop. Registrations received after this time may be accepted on a case-by-case basis, but are not guaranteed.

Cancellation policy: Workshop registrations paid on a credit card and canceled at least one week before the scheduled workshop will be fully refunded minus a $5.00 credit card processing fee. Mailed in registrations that are canceled more than one week before the scheduled start of the workshop are fully refundable minus a $5 processing fee. Refund requests for cancellations less than one week before the scheduled start of the workshop are considered on a case-by-case basis and may not be honored. In cases where a refund is not possible, credit for attendance at a future workshop will be offered.
